We endeavour to ship all orders within 7 days so you can expect your order within 14 days.

Carriers

We use An Post to deliver our orders for standard delivery. For bulk orders other carriers may be used.

Shipping Rates

Publications: The rate charged for the shipping of your publications order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. You will be shown the total shipping cost during the checkout process, before you enter your payment details.

Shipping is free for library membership.

Gift cards: price depends on number of cards purchased and will be displayed upon check-out

Free ebooks are digital products and can be downloaded after checkout.

How To Return an Item

Publications must be in their original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. If there is a quality issue with item, contact Barnardos.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Gift cards cannot be returned.
