How To Return an Item
Publications must be in their original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. If there is a quality issue with item, contact Barnardos.

Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Gift cards cannot be returned.
