Venue: Brunel Buildings, Dublin 

This training aims to support positive working relationships between the supervisee and supervisor. This one day training is based on Tony Morrison’s model of supervision in social care.  Participants will explore and develop their understanding and expectations of Supervision and consider the purpose of supervision.

Participants will:

• Explore and develop their understanding and expectations of supervision;
• Consider the purpose of supervision;
• Examine the impact of good and poor supervision, and
• Explore how supervision can help the work progress when it feels stuck (using learning cycles and reflective practice).

Training registration is non-refundable in the event of non-attendance.

Participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
